The Patient Portal app, powered by InteliChart, offers a simple and convenient way to access your medical records, manage appointments, and interact with your health care providers.

With the app, you can:


* Schedule and view upcoming appointments
* View lab results, details and history
* Request medication refills
* Send secure messages to your provider
* Complete forms
* Easily manage your account or dependent accounts
* Receive push notification reminders
* View and pay your medical bills



Important Notes:


Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number. If you need assistance with your account PIN or the app itself, please contact your healthcare provider directly. InteliChart does not have access to this information.

What you can see and do within the Patient Portal app depends on which features your doctor has enabled. If you have questions about the features that are available to you or you notice certain functionality is missing, please contact your healthcare organization directly.

Crashing

I like this app. However, signing- in is difficult because I get a message that the app is retired and I need to update. Send me to the iPhone app home. Then I’m taken to the sign-in page. Today, I am trying to email my PCP and it keeps crashing. I tried to get app support, attempted to plog into client support. I was told wrong password. so I’m guessing the client support is for the hospital (client). Please kill the ‘bug’ that is causing problems! Thanks.

Thank you for the instructions to update the app. However, the app is still crashing when I open up the message section to email my PCP.

Hello, make sure you are using the Patient Portal app with a white background. If not visible, follow these steps: Remove the old app (green background) from your phone. Go to App Store Connect, search 'InteliChart'. Download the new app and log in with your existing credentials. If this is password related, contact your doctor directly for assistance with your username and password.

Why?

Why would a company like Wilmington Health install an app that is not compatible with Apple? That goes way beyond good reasoning seeing how many Apple phones are out there!!!!
It’s the most annoying App I have ever been on cuz if I breathe the wrong way it will kick me out only to have to start completely over again. There are no decent words to describe the utter stupidity of whoever created this App. I despise it! No one uses computers much when it comes to contacting, they use their cell phone. Yes I have an Apple 14 and I’m one of your victims to say the least.
Why would you do something as stupid and unprofessional as not including Apple in your platform and updates?
Get with it! Make Apple compatible! Do what’s right for us patients, not what’s just great for your mighty buck!

Finally improving!

Thank you for adding support for biometrics. The app appears to be getting better finally. I did run into a weird issue though today: when viewing a PDF (or maybe it was an RTF?) that my provider sent in a message, I was able to view the file in a full screen viewer and zoom, great! But there was no UI to “close” or go “back”. I ended up force quitting the app and restarting it. Please keep up the good work fixing bugs!

Our developers are diligently working on improving the login experience, which will soon include the ability to login using your fingerprint and/or facial recognition. In the interim, we've introduced a 'Remember Me' option on the login screen to save your credentials, making the login process more convenient.
