I don’t understand how a health insurance company has an app only for one state. I thought maybe it was based in New Jersey but I would be able to select my state once I enter my info… but nope you can not select any other state but jersey. I found this to be weird for a health insurance app. If they change and allow other states like insurances should I may download it again but for now it’s useless to me!

I received my physical card for Essential Plan I, I entered membership number from the Fidelis insurance card, but the system kept giving error message invalid card. I tried to register with and without the dash and 2 zeros at the end. Just doesn’t work!! This app is trash!!! Can’t use at all:(((

My daughter spent hours trying to log in and changed her password several times before we realized it’s Jersey only! You’d think this would be mention during install or on one of the first screens of the login/sign up process but no! Please make it more obvious!

The app is horrible and the customer service is even worse. No one has been able to help me create an account. How can something so simple be so complicated? 😠
