My Memorial Hermann‪™‬ 12+

I think everything about Memorial Hermann is awesome. Normally I would give this app a five star, but I see absolutely no way to submit a request for refills. It shows my medication list but I don’t see how to refill it. That’s very inconvenient and I don’t have the time to waste.

I really want to give 5 stars for the app for ease of scheduling appointments and messaging with providers, and also able to see some lab records as well. But there are quite a few appointment types I could not find, like finding vaccines appointment or nurse visit and even some surgeon doctors appointment doesn’t allow appointments. But I could not reach cancer center as the customer service over there is terrible, I kept being transferred to another line. So I hope most of the appointment types could be available so I don’t have to call to schedule. For the search function, it might be a replicate from website, but it’s not showing anything for search results. Would be nice to have a better search of doctors and appointment types!

This app is pretty good except for the fact that you cannot get imaging orders to come through so the patient can actually print them up and take them with them to the appointment.
I just spent two hours on the telephone with one of the support staff at my doctors office trying to figure out how to find imaging orders in the app.
She even got the manual out and we still couldn’t figure it out. She had to print them up in her office and fax them to the facility where my imaging will be taking place. It would’ve been nice if Memorial Hermann had email that was HIPAA compliant then she could have emailed them to me.
