I wasn’t able to use the month of sick time I had saved up toward FMLA because they took so long to respond to my requests for a letter of medical necessity. All for them to tell me they would not be able to provide one and I needed to work with a specialist (the PCP I was seeing regarding my issue on the app they just discontinued this month agreed to help me with my application). My company wipes out sick time on the first day of the fiscal year 10/1. Now I’ll have to use paid family leave the entire time instead of just one of the two months as I originally planned. So the entire time I’ll be receiving less pay in addition to the fact that it should have started weeks ago. I just got it submitted a week ago. And the app itself constantly crashes, there’s no chat feature, the online tech is doesn’t work. They send you messages and can’t even read them. When you set an urgent care appointment it will tell you to start the appointment and then you just sit there for an hour an no one shows up. Exit out and go back in to the appointment and it tells you you missed the appointment and it was cancelled. Then you have to schedule another appointment.

I was able to see an urgent care provider within 3 minutes. The provider went over my symptoms and background with me before providing writing a prescription. The prescription was an everyday simple medication not a controlled substance, but it never reached the pharmacy. The provider notes showed the medication with the correct prescription and pharmacy but 48 hours past it never arrived. Tech support and customer service is East Coast and closed on the weekends so forget about calling you’ll get a recording. The chat service just allows you to send a message to switch you receive a response… we are checking 5 hours later you reply to the message and they are still checking but will escalate the issue. I have used several online teleheath services and received my prescription in a matter of hours. Sadly this service is recommend by my insurance provider. Good luck to you if you try it.

Not sure why they “upgraded” to an app that is absolutely useless.Used closeKinit over a year absolutely loved my provider. I ended up in the ER and the new app came out. They are still my PCP. But when I scheduled none of my messages seems to go to someone in the week I had to wait for an appointment to get medications to help with some side affects of the meds I was on.When you schedule you can’t see the time in the new app. You can’t see the appointment at all they sent me in an email link. Then the PCP sent me to a specialist, because I have a borderline emergency situation, and they didn’t write a proper referral. And when I messaged, it no longer goes to your provider. And I was told to “figure that out with your insurance.”Seriously? So I am probably gonna have to switch PCP’s yet again, during a health crisis, because their app is useless and there is no way to contact a provider or a person who knows the absolute basics of healthcare? So friggin annoying.

First off this review has nothing to do with the doctors/providers (seeing as I wasn’t even able to get thru to one) This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any software. 2 hours I tried to see a provider. 1st time (approx 30 mins) it was showing a loading screen and I got an email showing that my appt was “missed” not sure how that’s possible but we’ll chalk it up to error. Second time (1 1/2 hours) I got into an exam room and got the same “missed” appt email. Not sure how that happens TWICE. Do not use this service. There are so many other/better alternatives that actually work.
