The WSDM Portal Homeowner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access governing documents all in one place.
This application acts as a mobile interface for your existing WSDM account. You can login to the App with your existing credentials (email address and password) as used for https://wsdm.cincwebaxis.com/.
If you do not have a current login for https://wsdm.cincwebaxis.com/, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link directing you to create a password and login.
If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address, and an email will be sent with a link to create a new password. Once completed, you can login with your email address and new password.
Once logged in, Property Owners will have direct access to the following features:
1. Property Owner Dashboard
2. Governing Document Access
3. Member / Owner Directory
4. Alerts & Notices
5. Account Ledgers & History
6. Online Payments
7. Violation Notices & Records – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to communicate with Management regarding the violation.
8. Architectural Requests - include pictures and attachments to illustrate requested improvements.
9. Work Orders – include pictures and locations of reported damage & check on status of previously submitted work orders.
10. Multi-Property Platform – easily switch between accounts with a single sign-on if multiple properties are owned.
In addition, Board Members will be able to take advantage of the following features:
