Clearlight wrote me an email that they would send hardware to try and fix my connectivity issues with the last app. I agreed to their solution and waited… and waited… and waited. Nothing ever showed up.I contacted them again, and again to ask about the missing solution. Not even a reply back. They just completely ignored my attempts at tracking down the missing equipment.I the. Saw this app and was hopeful that they didn’t send the equipment due to an update that solved all the previous problems. Again I spent over an hour and never could find the Bluetooth option it says to link with.This companies customer service is horrible. If you haven’t bought a clearlight yet ask yourself if you mind walking to the unit every time to preheat it. The app does not work. It never worked and clearlight doesn’t care.

Hard to understand, and I think I’m pretty capable when it comes to tech. I did all that was instructed, and more. Hard to believe how terrible this app is to get to work. Do better Clearlight! You’re right in the middle of some of the best colleges in the country that excel in tech, and yet you can’t figure this out. So much money for a sauna, and such a pathetic app to dump on your customers base. Acknowledge some get lucky, but they are few and far between…

I have the same experience as the single reviewer here. I had to install new equipment because it would not connect. Now that it’s connected I cannot control my temperature with the app In addition the app is non responsive most of the time or is incredibly slow —-maybe 5 minutes after selecting an option before it attempts to make the change I wish I could control my spa remotely but this app will not allow it

There can be no other explanation other than this company has never used its own application probably outsourced it to a very low cost developer to never been tested. I’ve been trying to use this app for over five years never been fixed user experiences so terrible. You can’t even copy and paste the password into it. It’s absolutely, an example of hating your customers.
