I tried SWTHZ for the first time after hearing about the benefits of contrast therapy. Wow! I did not enjoy nor could I stay long in the cold tub but the routine of the sauna , bitumen C shower and cold bath gave me a relaxation creating a time for self reflection. The second time I did the routine it energized me and allowed me to focus. Those feeling and state of mind stuck with me the next 3 days and it helped restore my body. The benefits far out weight the gym.

Almost everyone I know who hasn’t tried it thinks the idea of a cold plunge is crazy. But I can tell you there are a lot of things we do to feel better and grow and this is absolutely amazing. Spend 4-6 minutes and I believe you will feel great. And this place is the greatest. The infrared sauna is better than traditional and the contrast therapy is great if you don’t overdo it. Private and luxurious.

I love this app and the booking feature is super simple but super easy you do have to scroll down to actually hit search which could take a minute to understand but once you understand it, it’s amazing

PLEASE for those of us who have unlimited memberships, please fix it to be able to book between locations!!!! I live 40 minutes from the one I purchased package from & can never get in there due to only one plunge in their location. I have to text (& wait) or call the location I do use every time with the slot I can see on app but can’t book. It would be so nice to be able to just book what I need on the app. Today I texted asking for a time tomorrow & a new employee texted back asking if I have the app bc it’s so much more convenient to get what I want. No kidding😆 Yeah, I’d love to book through the app!
