Our app provides newsletters and blogs to address community functions and mental health topics. Our app is a central hub for our TheraCommunity to engage and get to know one another in our community forums. Our app provides a self care tracker to keep up to date on daily routines and for accountability. The app also provides Ayurvedic Nutrition tips and astrology basics to create a well rounded balance in life. Our app provides 30 day specialty programs to further your healing journey as well as a 15 day rebuild and reset your mindset program. We focus on the whole person in our app and give you room to create the life that you want. This is where you ask yourself the question "How far am I willing to go to get to the life that I am seeking?"
The OM your Mental Health app is for anyone who has been searching for a community of like minded individuals who are interested in working on themselves and taking their health and wellness to the next level. We promote a non judgment free zone for individuals seeking a deeper meaning to their self care. Our app is designed to assist you in your overall well being.
