When I first found out about them, I ate there probably 8 times over a period if a week and a half. I used to . manage an Italian restaurant. I’ve had pizza all over the US. I only know of one place in the US that is its equal, which is Pazzo in San Carlos.

Too much Sauce! I could barely see the toppings and the dough was a little undercooked. I want a whole lot of cheese and enough sauce to cover the surface but not sticking to the paper or box lid it was so thick. I want to enjoy a pizza not drink sauce. The app works great it allows you to order and takes your money just fine. They did tell me to be there by 6:02 to pick up and I got there and it hadn’t even went in the oven yet. I am just hoping they had new staff or an off day.

I ordered the Cal Italia without fig jam. I called to ask if I can have it on the side. I was told it’s additional $3. When I got there, they said they were able to give me a side of the fig jam this time, but not guaranteed next time (thanks!). When I got home, I found out that it was side of balsamic vinegar that they gave me. There was fig jam on the pizza 😭😭😭. Pizza was good, but the sweetness of the fig jam ruined it for me.

Slice House in Thousand Oaks is a go-to spot for amazing pizza. The app makes ordering super easy and pickup is always fast.The slices are next level—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a great mix of classics and unique flavors. Definitely try the Detroit-style or Grandma slice. Always hits the spot!
