Ive never written an app review. I was thinking about what to write for a long time. Honestly I cant find the words to say. The past 4 weeks have been a turning point in my life. Im so greatful for this program. After 4 babies, each 8+ pounds, and me being a naturally skinny small person, I thought there was no hope to getting my core flatten and in shape again. my oldest child is 10 and throughout the years, I have tried to follow many other diastasis programs, that were honestly so hard to stick to. I was not consistent with them but they also left so much information out that is mind blowing for me as I move through this program. my baby is 6 months old and Im so happy that the advertisement for this program kept coming up for me. After being skeptical of it for months, I finally decided to give one more program a try. Im so so grateful for this opportunity. I am just so happy of where I am right now and honestly look forward to the workouts every day. Although there is so much more I can say, I can confidently say there is no more going back for me. This is the first time in my life i have sticked to a workout program, and with no time to go to the gym, its laid out and guided in such a perfect way that you simply are guaranteed to have results if you follow along. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This has helped transform every part of my life and im much more accomplished in so many other things in life besides just fitness, all thanks to the ease of following and moving along. I really cant believe its been 4 weeks already and I just wish I had started this program sooner. Thanks again, I tell all my friends about Natal!

This app is absolutely a must have for pregnancy! I started using it in my first trimester and am now coming up on my third and and it has helped me immensely with staying motivated and making sure I get a great workout in 3-4 days a week. I have been doing the expecting athletes program 1st and 2nd trimester but they have so many different programs to choose from! Wherever you are at in pregnancy they have exactly what you need. The coaches are incredible! They have really challenged me to keep going with this! They are so good at what they do. Each has a unique style to bring to the table and I thoroughly enjoy each one. They know what’s up, I feel I can really trust them and their knowledge on working out while pregnant and when I have any questions they ALWAYS answer. The workouts are short and absolutely doable! All you need is a bench, Matt, weights and some bands. You can easily find these things on Facebook marketplace for a cheaper option. I have not done the postpartum programs yet but I sure am so excited to start when I get there! With all this being said, for the price, what you get is far greater than what you pay. Go for it!! You will not regret it one bit.

I used ab prehab after my last pregnancy, so I was excited to see this app that has both pregnancy workouts and post-pregnancy workouts. The good - I love all of the core workouts. Although they may seem “easy” (especially if you are an advanced exerciser), I truly feel like they are helping me stay connected and strong in my core. I also like the acknowledgment that “core” isn’t just your “six-pack” muscles, your core is essentially the entire middle part of your body - inside and out! I really enjoy the posture and mobility workouts as well. Possible improvements - Some of the videos are low quality, in my opinion. For example, filmed on a public beach with people walking by, or the instructor is constantly looking at their watch for timing. There is also one instructor who curses, which I felt was kind of weird and unprofessional. I wish there was either an “up next” preview or a list of exercises before you start the video. The workouts are fast-paced, which I love, but I often have to pause and rewind to have time to grab another weight or watch the instructor show the move before I can replicate it myself. This slows down my overall workout. Overall, I feel like this is a good value and is helping me stay healthy and fit during my pregnancy and beyond.

Natal and the Ab Rehab program are changing the way I view exercise and myself. I have struggled with diastatis recti since having my first child a decade ago. I am now forty years old and three years postpartum from having my third child and my diastasis has only worsened with time. I have tried a handful of other programs but nothing clicked. The affordability of this program for what you get as a subscriber is unmatched! Multiple programs for both exercise and nutrition, coaches who personally respond to comments and questions, and a community all for about $90 a year! In an age of endless program, product, and course offerings, Nancy Anderson has made an affordable and approachable way for women like me to gain back strength and confidence with no gimmicks or hoops. Now is always a good time to try, and whatever your age or however many weeks or years postpartum you are, I highly recommend Natal and Nancy’s programs!
