I am a fan of Tous Les JOURS, but there are so many issues I’ve run into with this app. 1) it’s annoying having to log in every time I open the app. There’s a “remember me” checkbox, but you still have to enter your password every time you open the app.2) The app automatically increases the brightness of the phone not only when the app is in use but even when its not, so I have to turn down the phone brightness every time after I open and exit the app.3) I pre-ordered a cake from the app and picked it up yesterday. I did not receive the points and my pre-order is still listed as “preparing” even though I already picked it up. I messaged customer service about this and am still waiting to hear back from them. Aside from just scanning in person to receive points, this app has proven to be more of a hassle than it’s worth.

I downloaded this app because it was promoted in order to gets rewards and make orders in advance. Love that sentiment… except when I downloaded the app and created an account it logs me out EVERY SINGLE TIME! and somehow this app only never remembers my password on my iPhone. Meaning I have to create a new password. And guess what, you can’t because the reste a password link is simply the contact us button redirecting you to their app. What a joke. Please if you are a multi millionaire dollar chain, have the decency to roll out an actually working app platform. Makes me not want to ever step into another Tout Les Jours ever again.
Love the cafe but account went poof

This is one of my favorite cafes and I originally signed up using the Facebook sign-in option. I racked so many points on there. I bought cakes, pastries, drinks, desserts, etc. just so I could use up the points at some point. Then one day it logged me out. I attempt to login but it says there’s an error. I try signing in with my Facebook email, says it doesn’t exist. Now I have no way to get my points back and I had to create a whole new account.

The location i go to is great but this app is not helpful.1. Have to login every time I open the app so when I’m in line I have to keep it open or I can’t log my transaction.2. Basically zero offers or promos. Nothing desirable enough to make me want to use app more. They’ve had the same sign-up promo showing for months.3. It’d be easier to have the account ID as a card in Wallet since you have to spend so much for a single reward.
