According to the website, in order to schedule an appointment you need to download the app. However, I downloaded the app, and I don’t see any ways to schedule an appointment. There’s not much you can do without a donor ID but I don’t have that yet. I’d prefer to have a set time rather than driving all the way there just to be turned away because they’re booked. If there is a way to book an appointment through the app it is not easy to find. I’ll probably try BioLife again if I can’t figure it out.

But it doesnt work a lot of times. There are problems logging in, responsiveness is spotty, especially with the ked points. i wish it was more flawless. when it does work it is very slick.follow up:This app is getting more glitchy. It is really aggravating when you log in, are greeted with error messages the schedule isn’t loading, points dont show…

Long, long time donor here. I always took advantage of my points and rewards but now I’m losing out since that section of the app doesn’t function for me. I won’t be donating again until it does because I can’t earn my fast passes that I need to use on busy days before I have to be at work. Why launch the app and force people to sign up if it doesn’t work? You NEED to make this right all the way around; from fixing the app to fully compensating donors on what we are losing out on. Or give us another option to utilize in the meantime.

I would like to utilize that part of the app but can’t do so the whole app freezes up and nothing loads when trying to access the Loyalty rewards part. But over all it’s an ok app to keep up with you status and plan appointments, but right now the kedplasma rewards website is winning over the app.
