Better understanding of my sleep

After playing around for a few days I love this app!It really helps me figure out if it’s ok to have that afternoon coffee. I now know whether or not my caffeine will be too high by the time I go sleep.The favorites make it super easy to log. Would love to see some more charts to further analyze.

Caffeine Tracker has helped me realize the extent of caffeine’s impact on my sleep and just how much caffeine I was actually consuming daily. Seeing how much caffeine is estimated in your system at bed time is crucial data.

This was a great concept that needed some work. It appears that some of that work has been done, but at the cost of a yearly subscription. I’m not opposed to paying for a well thought out app, but for this concept the price point is way off. I’ll be deleting the app and looking for other options.One area for improvement is the lack of energy drink variety listed on the energy drink section.
