I’m not super competitive, at least I thought. But setting up monthly step and distance challenges has me aggressively changing my habits to be in first place. Stand up desk, 5 min walks during my breaks, and early morning treks have improved my endurance and strength.

I enjoy the challenges and people I have met through the app. But, it is the daily check-ins and goals that work wonders for me. I have been slowly raising the goals and it is helping to keep me attending to daily fitness goals. Nice to win points too, though ;)

This app has encouraged me to get outside and experience the beauty of the world even on the days that I don’t feel like it.
