I love Ruth’s style of teaching. She’s so positive and uplifting. I’ve explored aspects of fitness I never tried before. I started RPS for recovery after a spinal injury from Powerlifting. I never knew I would love Pilates like I do today. So much so that I got a gym membership and cancelled it because Ruth’s classes are so much more exciting. I can dance, laugh, roll on the floor in a little ball! There’s so much to do on the RPS app. I love following the weekly class schedule and adding more workouts if needed. The beats based classes have become a favorite of mine. Despite feeling like I had no rhythm, the beats based classes have taught me a few things! Like the Tyla Water dance from Feeling Yummy beats or Chappell Roan’s Hot to Go dance from Chappell Roan beats! In love with this style of movement. Really appreciate all the care this app is crafted with. I first got a membership looking to get more movement in and this has gone above and beyond that. Taking Ruth’s classes at home are one of the best parts of my day now. The app makes getting in daily movement easy with access to a huge library of classes, as well as a wonderful community to share with. So many little details in the new app tells you how much Ruth cares — from being able to have your own background music, searching for classes by length/level/style/focus area, plus an easy-to-follow calendar and so much more. Highly recommend!!!!

i would recommend this app to everyone. Ruth is amazing inside and out. You feel comfortable doing her workouts, no judgement, no hard feelings on yourself. She stands by that. I was in a dark place last year, I tried everything- I started her app and with everything she does, it took me out of that dark place. I find my myself smiling again, more love and positive, my body form is amazing because of her workouts. I connected with my feminine side, I feel and act confident. I have a couple of bulging disc in my back and neck, this was the only thing that helped. Try it out, you don’t be disappointed!

RPS is the absolute best decision I’ve made in years! Ruth is so kind and genuine, while also being extremely knowledgeable.
