The app works fine, but was hoping for improvements on the website. In store I can provide the ad discounts and my rewards discounts in the same transaction but cannot do it online or in the app. I also still cannot alter subscription dates - it’s either push off a full cycle or cancel. I have to keep cancelling subscriptions because I cannot alter the date of delivery.

The app seems to be set up the same as the website, but I love that it doesn't have me log in, accept cookies, etc every time I want to pull it up- now I can quickly get to my rewards at checkout. No matter how many times I click "remember password" on any website on a browser it has me enter it again anyways so this is a time saver. Thank you!

second time i had to cancel an online order from this company. the first time i ordered food for my kitten which online said “plenty in stock” so i placed my order expecting it by at least 5pm. never got a call or even an update on my order but something told me to call and when i did they even struggled looking for my order making jokes about how there’s another order with a similar name. just had to cancel the whole order. that was a couple weeks ago then i tried again today and the same thing for the same bag of kitten food “plenty in stock” placed my order and called in to check just for them to not have it in stores. i asked the lady why does the website say things are in stock if they’re not and she says “website probably hasn’t updated” hasn’t updated in 5 weeks? terrible website and terrible app

I’ve downloaded this app three times now, every time I click on it, I can get to the page which wants me to choose a store location and that’s it. I unable to choose a store or go any further in the app. This issue needs attention. I’ll try getting it again in a week or two. Maybe it will actually work then.
