No problems so far

The app keeps telling me to enter a valid email. I enter my email each time and it saves. I used the email registered in previous app. Also the same email they sent the email to saying we have a new app; download register and get 250 sprinkles. What a bunch of bull. This new app must not have gone thru correct SDLC process. Any company I worked for this app would have failed probably because we would have tested it before pushing it to production. I would not have approved this app to go into production. Don’t waste your time installing it.

App kept bringing up errors when trying to place an order. Tried it at a different location and a different error came up. Overall app and the website are very glitchy and barely work.

The app plain and simple doesn’t work. Where was the testing on this? Customers are frustrated trying to figure out the app and redeem rewards. Where is a feature to scan receipts for rewards? As a Duck Donuts employee, this is disappointing.
