A ridiculous amount of work has gone into this release, with some major additions finally making their way into the app:
• Full Apple Watch support for all activities
• Real-time heart rate monitoring during workouts
• Live Activities support for both the Lock Screen & Dynamic Island
• Improved notification reliability
• Updated Ranked / Achievement UI + widget improvements
• Health widget now shows your average heart rate over the last 7 days
• Native bottom navigation is finally here
• Major performance improvements across the app
• Ongoing architectural upgrades to support even deeper native features moving forward
• More bug fixes than I can physically remember
