Now in six more languages — French, Spanish, German, Italian, Hebrew, and Canadian French (with right-to-left support). Plus Dark Mode, iCloud photo sync across your devices, and a fresh new app icon. Also new: multi-flour recipes with per-flour baker's percentages, better iPad and landscape layouts, accessibility upgrades, and reliability improvements throughout.

Version 2.1 Sourdough Journal 2.1 sharpens the formula tools and makes backup, import, and photo handling safer. Multi-flour formulas : log bread flour, whole wheat, rye, spelt, einkorn, all-purpose, Type 00, or custom flour blends in a single bake. Clearer baker's percentage math: flour blends now roll up into accurate total flour, hydration, and mix-in calculations while preserving the levain split. Recipe templates keep flour blends: save a multi-flour formula as a template, bake it again, export it, and restore it with the same flour breakdown. Smarter bake-day tools: the DDT water-temperature calculator and aliquot-rise estimates help dial in fermentation timing. Safer bake photos: cancelling an edit no longer risks deleting photos from an existing bake, and unsaved draft photos are cleaned up automatically. More robust backup restore: full backup imports now avoid deleting existing photo files until the import has completed successfully. Polish and reliability: expanded localization coverage, iCloud entitlement cleanup, and small quality fixes across the bake logging flow.
