Ezley is the easiest way to split a restaurant or bar tab
with friends — and the best way to know what something actually costs
before you order.
SPLIT A BILL IN SECONDS
• Snap a photo of your receipt. We read the items, prices, tax, and tip.
• Share a link — your friends don't need accounts. They tap items they
ordered; we handle the math.
• Tax and tip are split fairly, either evenly across the table or by
each person's subtotal (you pick).
• Pay with one tap. Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle handles open directly
in the right app with the amount pre-filled.

Everyone hates figuring out "who had the nachos." We built this because
we were tired of being that person. Itemized splits used to mean 20
minutes with a calculator. Now it's a QR code and a few taps.

• Works offline. Receipts submitted in airplane mode sync when you're
back online.
• Bill splits don't expire for 30 days, so slow payers can still chip in.
• Your data is yours: delete your account and all personal data with one
tap in Settings.
WHY WE BUILT IT
We noticed two things: restaurant and bar prices vary wildly between
venues that look the same on paper, and splitting tabs with friends
is still needlessly painful in 2026. This app fixes both.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
• Your email is used only for sign-in.
• Location is used on-device to show nearby venues — it is never sent
to our servers.
• Receipts are stored privately on your account.

Payment app integrations (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle) simply pre-fill the
correct amount and recipient — Ezley does not process
payments or hold funds. You must be 17+ to use the app (venue data
includes bars and alcohol).
Ratings & Reviews
Push notifications
You'll now get notified when something happens in a tab — someone locks the tab to settle up, marks you as paid, adds an expense you're in, or assigns you to an item. No need to keep the app open.
Redesigned Settlement view
Big "You owe / You're owed" headline so you know your bottom line at a glance.
Smart simplification collapses chains of debts into the fewest possible transfers.
Venmo / Cash App / Zelle buttons next to each amount.
"Mark paid" / "Mark received" for owners to close out settled rows.
Settlement mode toggle (owner)
Pick between Optimal (fewest transfers — may route through middlemen) and Direct (each person pays who they actually owe). Switch any time, even after a tab is locked.
Edit claimants from the pencil icon
Tap the pencil on any item to add or remove claimants on the spot — no more asking each person to claim manually. Owners can also reassign every item in an expense at once from Edit Expense.
Stability fixes
Squashed an iOS Safari reload loop on the web version.
Settlement toggle no longer flickers or sticks.
Allow settlement mode to switch even on locked tabs (you usually need it most right then).
