Smarter status flow Tapping Route now marks the claim "en route," and arriving at the property marks it "arrived" automatically (within 0.1 mile of the address). The Arrived button and status option now appear only when you're actually at the address. Marking a claim Trip Charge or Pending Reschedule now asks for a reason, which is added to the claim's notes automatically. Left routing to check the claim? A Return to Route button picks up right where you left off. Dashboard New Overdue section: your three most overdue claims at a glance, with a View All list of every claim past its planned inspection date. Active claims now stay on the dashboard through the drive and arrival — jobs no longer disappear mid-workflow. Photos Redesigned Photos tab with far more room for the photo grid; Guided Inspection and Trip Charge are one tap away and scroll out of your way. The photo picker limit is gone — select as many library photos as you need. Every photo taken in the app is now saved to the Files app, organized in a per-claim folder, with its caption stamped on the image. Optionally save copies to your Photo Library too (Profile → Account Settings), and jump straight to the folder from Settings. Take a timestamped Trip Charge (Front of House) photo directly from the Photos tab. Share live claim photos with third parties via QR code and a one-time code. Claim page New immersive header: street-level imagery and a 3D flyover with the claim number, customer, and status displayed right on the imagery. Addresses without street imagery show the flyover automatically. The header shrinks as you scroll so your content gets the screen. Plus smoother scrolling, faster photo loading, and many smaller fixes.
