Capture your Navy wins all year, then turn them into sharp, eval-ready bullets in minutes. Built by a Chief, for Sailors. Never walk into eval season empty again.
Every Sailor knows the feeling. Eval season arrives, and you are staring at a blank brag sheet trying to remember a whole year of work. The work you completed. The quals you earned. The collateral duty nobody else wanted. By February, half of it is already forgotten, and you end up underselling the year you actually had.
EvalEdge fixes that.
EvalEdge is a year-round accomplishment tracker built for Navy Sailors. Log your wins the moment they happen, in seconds, and let the app help you shape them into the actual impact level it deserves. One click Eval generation to shape ready to go bullets. No more blank page. No more scrambling. No more selling yourself short.
HOW IT WORKS
- Capture as you go. Record an accomplishment in a few taps, anytime, before you forget it.
- Allow AI to help gather the real impact of those accomplishments.
- Stay organized. Each entry is sorted by duty and category, so your year stays structured the way an eval reads.
- Shape it into bullets. Built-in AI helps turn a quick note into a sharp, professional eval bullet that leads with impact.
- Keep control. You review and edit everything. The wording is always yours.
WHY SAILORS USE IT
- Walk into eval season with a full year of documented work, not a blank sheet.
- Capture the detail and impact you would otherwise forget.
- Present your year the way it deserves to be read.
- Spend less time fighting the format and more time on the work.
BUILT BY A SAILOR, FOR SAILORS
EvalEdge was built by a retired Navy Chief who lived more than twenty years of eval cycles. It is the tool he wished he had every February. This is not paperwork for its own sake. It is about making sure your work is seen, remembered, and represented when it matters most.
Your accomplishments are yours. EvalEdge just makes sure you never undersell them again.
EvalEdge is an independent app and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Navy or the Department of Defense.
