A notification is easy to miss. It stays quiet, it stacks up with everything else, and it does nothing when your phone is silenced. Meeting Guard sets a real alarm a few minutes before each meeting, and it rings like your morning alarm even when your phone is on silent or in a Focus mode. It is calm, dependable, and far harder to miss than a notification.
WORKS WITH YOUR iPHONE CALENDARS
Meeting Guard covers the calendars already on your iPhone, the same ones you see in the Apple Calendar app. iCloud, Google, Exchange, and work accounts all count, as long as the account is added to iOS Calendar. You choose which of those calendars to cover.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the calendars you want covered.
2. Meeting Guard reads them on your device and finds the meetings worth an alarm.
3. A few minutes before each one, your phone rings.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Choose how early each alarm fires, from the start time up to 30 minutes before.
• Set a different lead time for each calendar.
• Turn on quiet hours so nothing rings overnight.
• Mute a noisy meeting, or a whole recurring series, with one swipe.
• Meetings you declined or marked as free are skipped for you, and the app shows you why.
BUILT TO BE TRUSTED
The Home screen shows your next protected meeting and when its alarm will fire, so you can see where you stand at a glance. Recurring meetings, time zone changes, and last-minute edits are handled for you.
FREE AND PRIVATE
Meeting Guard is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Your calendar never leaves your phone. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server to send your data to. The app reads your events on your device to set alarms, and nothing else. No tracking, no analytics, nothing collected.
