Sidekick: AI Voice Notes
Dictation, to-dos & planner
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New: Morning Pulse, a 1-minute audio recap of your week, live research and Ramble to tasks. Talk for two minutes and Sidekick turns it into a plan.
Just talk. Sidekick turns what you say into finished work — clean notes, to-dos, tomorrow's plan or a ready-to-send email — in almost any language.
TALK, DON'T TYPE
• Voice notes that write themselves: the ums and repeats disappear and punctuation lands where it should.
• Speak English, Spanish, Urdu, Mandarin, Arabic, French and 40+ more languages — keep it or translate it.
• Say it: tell a note what to become — "make this shorter and turn it into an email." Done.
• Ramble to tasks: brain-dump for two minutes and get an organized task list with priorities.
TURN ANY NOTE INTO 20+ THINGS
• Email, reply, summary, key points, to-do list, outline, social post, text message, translation and more.
• My recipes: save your own one-tap transforms, like "sales call debrief."
• My Voice: Sidekick learns how you write, so every rewrite sounds like you, not a robot.
• Actions: pulls the to-dos, dates and drafts out of a note — approve them all in one tap.
ASK, RESEARCH, RECAP
• Ask your notes anything, typed or by voice, and hear the answer read back.
• Research mode: live web research on any note, saved back as a short brief with sources.
• Morning Pulse: your first open of the day brings a pinned digest of to-dos and open loops.
• Week recap: a one-minute audio recap of your week to play on the go.
• Merge notes: fuse scattered notes into one clean summary.
PLAN THE DAY AHEAD
• A Tomorrow list and a weekly planner, with Auto-plan that places your to-dos into time blocks.
• Add any note to your calendar in one tap.
• Snap a whiteboard, receipt or handwriting and it becomes text.
WORK TOGETHER
• Shared team notes, planner and live whiteboards — everyone sees the same picture.
• Text or email any note, or save it as Word, PDF or a spreadsheet.
• Your notes sync across iPhone, iPad and the web.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Sidekick only listens when you tap the mic. Before any AI feature runs, it asks once and shows exactly what is sent and to whom. Your notes are never sold or used for ads, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.
New accounts get 7 days of every feature free.
