One photo. Every item in it.
Open a box, point the camera, and everything inside gets named and listed. All of it at once, not one thing at a time. Check the list, fix whatever it got wrong, and save. Each item lands in a room, and if you want, in a numbered box.
The number is the whole system. Write "3" on the real box with a marker. Nothing to print, no QR stickers to buy, no roll of labels to run out of. In the app, Box 3 holds a photo of what went into it and a list of what is inside.
Months later you type "winter coats" and get an answer: Attic, Box 7, with the photo of that box.

THE &
Christina's "&" mark means one thing in this app: this has a home. Stamp an item and it counts as Got Organized. Seal a box and that counts too. It is a small thing, and it is what makes a Saturday in the garage feel like it went somewhere.
NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED
Sign in with Apple is optional and gates nothing. Your inventory lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud, so it is on your iPad as well, and it is not sitting on a company server waiting for that company to shut down. New phone, same Apple Account, and it is all back. Item names, notes and room names use iCloud's encrypted fields.
A photo leaves your phone only for the seconds it takes the AI to read it, and is never stored on our side. Photograph a pile of documents and you get back "stack of paperwork" - that is deliberate, and the app never transcribes what a document says. Erasing everything clears your iCloud copy too, and says so before it does.
A RECORD YOU CAN HAND OVER
Pro exports your whole inventory as a US Letter PDF, or as a CSV you can open in a spreadsheet: every item, its room, its box number and its tags, laid out for someone else to read.
It records your own entries, assigns no values, and is not an appraisal. Insurers decide what they accept, so check with yours.
FREE AND PRO
Free is the whole app with a meter on the AI: unlimited items added by hand, unlimited rooms and boxes, search, tags, the stamp, the widget, iCloud sync and the Face ID lock. You get fifteen AI scans to begin with and three more every day after that, with no card and no expiry.
Pro lifts the daily scan limit so you can do the whole garage in a weekend, and unlocks the export above. That is all it changes.
SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Get Organized Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription, each starting with a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours of the renewal date. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

A report that shows what changed. When you make an insurance report, you can add a page listing what arrived, what got a home, what moved, and what was donated or thrown out since a date you choose. After your first report, it starts from the date of the last one.
Scanning more of something you already own now shows up in that item's history and in Recently, and counts as new in the report.
Privacy: when you scan with Pro, the scan now also carries Apple's signed record of your purchase so our server can confirm Pro is real. It is checked and not kept. The AI data notice in Settings lists everything a scan sends.
Fixes
- Scan the rest no longer re-scans photos in a batch that were already done.
- A photo that couldn't be scanned is no longer described as saved for a retry.
- Sharing large photos into the app from Photos or Files is more reliable.
- The photo library button pauses while a batch is scanning, so a new pick can't replace the photos being read.
- After sharing more photos than fit in one batch, the app no longer jumps to the Scan tab every time you come back to it.
