The email PortMem sends when a check you started has finished now opens that check's results right here in the app. Notification settings also say when PortMem emails you instead of notifying your phone.

When you check a report without choosing documents, PortMem now picks the ones it relies on from your library, reads them in full and names them in the result, with the reason it picked them. Choose documents yourself whenever you want to decide.

When you choose two or more documents to check against, you can now give each one a level, level 1 the highest. Where the documents disagree, the higher level controls. New on the Documents tab: Find in your documents searches your documents by meaning and shows the passages that answer. Checking a report uploaded as a file against the documents you chose works again.

Links in approval emails now open the app, at the document waiting for you. If you pressed Approve or Return in the email, the app shows that choice and you confirm it there; nothing is decided just by opening the link. Approve and Return now ask for Face ID, a fingerprint or your passcode first. In Account, choose how PortMem tells you about documents waiting for your approval and about what you sent: email, this phone, Slack, Teams or Google Chat.

Company single sign-on now works from the phone, and you can also sign in with Microsoft. If your company changes how its people sign in, your account carries over. In a review, each flagged item now shows how likely it is to be a real error: Likely error, Possible error or Probably fine. It is a ranking from how the review's own checks agreed, not a guarantee.

Approve on the go. Confirm, with Face ID, a fingerprint or your passcode, that an updated draft's conclusion still holds, and confirm what an approval rests on. See what your API keys prepared and confirm or decline it. Open reviews someone asked you to do from another workspace, sign off the flagged items, and approve or return them with a reason.

A new look across the app, matching PortMem on the web. On the Review screen each flagged item is signed off in place, with its evidence one tap away. A review you reopen now shows its figures and omissions from the record.

The app icon now fills the launcher circle. Choosing among many documents is easier: search, and your picks stay at the top. Swipe left or right to change tabs. Records now show the document checked and who accepted each flagged item, when and why.
