I must start out by dang how incredibly helpful it is to have this app to use at my convenience! I have much more peace of mind knowing & seeing what is available in my account as well as seeing if certain bills came out of my account yet. I am SO grateful for this app! Also, I have the best bank tellers around me at all 3 local banks in the surrounding area. I absolutely love them in Oswego, Yorkville, Plano (atm that accepts cash deposits are a HUGE bonus), & Sandwich, IL. They have been simply wonderful to me🙂 My only concern is now that I’ve added a credit card through FNBO, I cannot see my account info for my credit card on my bank account app. So I’m not sure how to check my balance or pay my credit card bill as the app only shows my checking account info. Is there a way to view & manage both accounts from the app? I would be very appreciative of any help to figure this out! Thank you so much & have a blessed day😇

I actually love this app but really can’t hardly give it two stars at the moment. I really rely on mobile banking, my iPhone update and my app no longer will open. I currently am at iOS 14.5 which support said everything on my phone is running fine (settings all correct) and according to the description this app should support it. My daughter has same app same iOS but a slightly newer phone. Apple said that does not make a difference. My app was fine at iOS 14 … apple support and I are at a loss so my only hope is to reach out to you the developer. Bank also said they believe it was the app not being compatible. Please help.

I would like to start by saying I have several different banks/apps that I have used or still do. This is one is by far my least favorite. They separate business banking and personal banking (which some banks do), but they only have the one app. Other banks will have one app for business and one for personal OR they just have everything under the one account. FNBO doesn’t do this. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it’s hard to remember two different user names and two different passwords for the same thing. And Face ID only works for one. If you get the password wrong don’t fret because it’s a simple as making a 3 hour phone call to reset your password. Which for some reason takes 4-7 attempts for it to actually work. I am mentally out of passwords I can remember. I love the bank but I am rural so I need a banking app that is easy to use for mobile deposits. As much as I love this bank overall I’m pretty sure I’m going to move my accounts due to the time wasted and all the frustration of trying to access my account info the last few months.

You used to be able to see when the current month's statement would close on the account details page. They removed that functionality several updates ago. I have given feedback through the app several times asking them to reinstate that functionality, but apparently it falls on deaf ears. Also, if you schedule a payment, the home screen states that no payment is scheduled. This problem also appeared several updates ago. But, if you scroll down on the home page, you will see that a payment has been scheduled. So if you schedule a payment, the home screen states both that you have not scheduled a payment and that you have scheduled a payment. I gave feedback about this problem, too and it also appears to have fallen on deaf ears. Please don't reply to my review asking me to contact support or to uninstall and reinstall the app. Been there, done that. Please just fix it.
