Remote Viewing Fails EVERYTIME

I love my cameras and the system is great. However, the only time I can open my cameras on my phone is when I am at home, connected to the same network as my camera system. Which happens to be the only time I don’t need to use my cameras. But when I am gone, I get a “failed log in” every time I try to open the app. This was not the case when I first started using it, about a year ago. But for the last 6 months or so, I’ve not been able to access my cameras remotely. Please update the app to fix this problem. Thank you.

I love my cameras and the system is great. However, the only time I can open my cameras on my phone is when I am at home, connected to the same network as my camera system. Which happens to be the only time I don’t need to use my cameras. Do not buy - invest in something better

This camera system is the worse! It lacks the technology system to keep it running effectively. We continuously have to call in to get it reset. But along the way, you have to submit pictures to verify you own the camera system before you can even move forward to speaking with a rep, that you can’t even understand. The system is great for about 2 weeks MAX :( it’s been a frustrating routine- I wished I’d known better!
Do not buy - invest in something better

It’s a good little app and I use it all the time to check my house when I’m in bed. My only complaint is that the play back should have a fast Forward button like the actually camera system. It’s annoying when you have no choice but to watch 20 minutes playback minute for minute when your just need to find a “split second” of footage.

So here it is again, can’t access video from app when away from home WiFi. This has happened in the past and when I called they blame my phones carrier and software. Which is bogus since it worked fine before. Seems to happen whenever a software update happens on iphone for me. But what’s the point of this brand if it does not get with the times. As I read these reviews I have yet to them respond.
