Today I used the app during my work day. I came out to my car to a ticket despite the fact that I used the app all day. I called the number provided from meter feeder and within minutes we figured out that the officer who issued the ticket had written my license plate number down wrong. The operator that I was speaking to helped me to get the problem fixed and I did not have to pay this ticket. My problem was solved in minutes! Also saved me from having to put change in my meter during my work day!!
I would definitely recommend to anyone!
App Will Not Load
I have been using the app for some time (since my municipality uses this for local parking) and just recently encountered a critical issue, the app after a recent update would not load. Just sits there with a blank white screen. Called the support line and my complaint was met with disbelief and no other course of action to correct the problem (why would there be if they didn’t believe there was a problem with the app in the first place). Well, after a few hours of my grumbling about the way I was treated I deleted the app vowing never to use it again. Problem is my municipality uses this service exclusively (other than kiosks), as I mentioned above. So reluctantly I tried installing again, low and behold the app asked me for my vehicle and payment information as though I were a new account. Well it seems to be back up and running but this app also seems to be very buggy (took a full delete and reinstall to get it to even respond and secondly it doesn’t seem to keep a record of me as a user or account holder of any type).
Worst parking app I’ve used
My city has another parking app, and it works amazingly. All the zones are clearly marked, there’s a map and search function that work beautifully. For some reason, the street I parked on today wanted me to use this app instead. It took me 15 minutes of wondering around, asking strangers if they knew what parking zone we were in. There were probably 10 signs telling us to use this app on the street we parked; not one of them contained a single clue regarding what to search to find our parking zone. When I finally found someone who knew, the answer was completely nonsensical to a native of my city. I’ve never heard someone refer to our present location by that name, and searching the common names for our location yielded zero results. There is no “zones near me” feature, no app, nothing. The app made by my local government has infinitely more functionality. I don’t know

Based on your comment, I'm going to guess that you tried to park in the strip district of Pittsburgh, where we just launched service on Waterfront Place. Waterfront Place is a brand new street. Simply searching for "Waterfront Place" in the search bar will turn up the correct result. Sorry for the confusion. If you need anything else please reach out to us at email@example.com.
