This app is ancient and hasn’t been upgraded. Considering it’s the only way to communicate with Valet in the building, this needs to be fixed. A small improvement would go a long way.

Don’t listen to the other reviews the app works extremely well when set up right. The valet has to set it up in advance for it to work. If they don’t it won’t work properly. Once it’s set up it works very very well. You request the car the valet brings it. If you have any special requests, you can message them through the app. My wife can order my car and I can order hers and we each know when it arrives at the same time.

Our building uses their automated robotic system and app. It is down at least weekly and delays in the system every few days. DONT select them as your system supplier if you are a decision maker. The app doesnt say if its up/down, no average delivery times, no status once requested or reserved, no ability to cancel the request. Often, our residents have to use Uber/Lyft because the car is either going to be too late or it’s down again. A complete disaster of a system and support!

Very impressed with the improvement to this app. It looks better, runs faster, and works! Our condo uses this service for our valet and I like the way I can chat with my valet. Also, this app makes it easy for me to get my passes/validations for my guests to park at the condo.
