I just the 5k app. Since I am new to running I have been repeating the first week for three weeks now. I’m seeing a tremendous improvement. Today as I finished my run I saw it pop up for a seven minute workout. I figured what the heck why not. So I downloaded the Seven Minute app and finished off my run with that quick seven minute app. Perfect way to finish off my run. I’m also going to incorporate it in the morning when I get up

This app is amazing. I love how I can wear headphones and it guides me through it while I can also listen to music. I do this with a partner and it allows us to press go at the same time and it gives you some time before it just starts. It also gives you 10 seconds to test in between each and prepares you for the next one. Best app ever. Love it and am combining it with 10K runner as I prepare for the race

Fast paced, good variety, keeps you focused

As a mom with 3 busy little boys, I don’t have time to run to the gym but I can do 7 min. Love the variety of exercises ran through in that time and the countdown to let me know when to switch sides and when I’m almost finished. Can pause between exercises if one of them needs something. Bonus is that my boys think it’s fun to do the exercises with me and that makes them fun!

I like it better than other 7min apps because it has other 7minute workouts (abs, fat blaster, lower body, etc). I do it almost every night with my kids running around me in the living room - sometimes they join in:) I have been doing it for about 6 months - after less than two months I was comfortably back into my pants that had been tight!
