Perfect for Kettlebell Circuit Training
I’ve been downloading and deleting timer apps for two days, trying to find one that lets me build my own workout routines, let’s me name the exercises, customize sets, rounds, breaks, etc - and let’s me build as many routines as I want. And I want it to be free. Or, at least not some crazy yearly subscription. (Are you kidding me?) Well, lo and behold, this one does all that and more. I can even name my rest intervals, “Let’s go, fatty. Keep going”, and the voice reader will say it. :) I GLADLY paid the $2.99 fee to for the ad free version, because this app is worth every penny of that.
SIMPLE & EASY & RELIABLE
I LOVE THIS APP!! I’ve tried a number of different interval timers. Some are worthless without a subscription. Some are unreliable, meaning they won’t ring when the phone is asleep, which is worthless for running. Some don’t allow you to change sounds or make other changes to the app, also worthless.
This app is perfect. You can make changes, change sounds, create various workouts, even change the colors! This is all available on the free version. I’m happy to ignore the ads. GREAT APP!!
Great tool if you loose track of time during your workouts.
I’m not going make excuses for myself I don’t workout nearly as hard as I should. However this app has been a solid way for me to stay on task. I have a lot of costumized timers on this thing I just pick one and lock in! The app reminds me when it’s time to rest and when its time to get back to work. As long as you stay focused on your workouts the app pretty much takes care of the rest!
