Good but very laggy

3 years later i find this app way too slow. It won’t give me my car’s location if the car is off. That doesn’t help at all.

It’s been working good
Only thing is that the new app logged me out and I didn’t remember my login. Thankfully I used my safari which had my password saved to just change my password.

Also the keyboard covers up the email/password fields so i couldn't see what i was typing.

It’s not 100% live which i don't like. It has a long lag sometimes 15-20 minutes not showing me where the car is.
It can only request location every 5 minutes. You can get pretty far in 5 minutes if you’re going 90mph

Also i received a speed trap alert hours after my car was actually driving. So it took 3 hours to tell me it was speeding but it shows up miles away from my house speeding when it’s parked right in front of my house.

Not impressed yet..

This app needs an overhaul! I’ve been waiting 7 hours for it to update the car position! That’s not helpful...says my car has been at home and I’ve been driving around all day. And where can you located directions on how to use the app? Definitely needs improvements.

Scam

The whole system is trash, had the app + device for one week and app doesn’t communicate with device well if at all. Currently my position hasn’t update for 18hrs even though I requested update and if you use the starter kill be prepared to have to call support and wait over 30 min to get car started since app is hit or miss with its communication, also 10-20 min response time when it does work. Don’t let dealerships con you into getting this it’s trash and developer doesn’t seem to care about improving it
