Lincoln Military Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.
The Lincoln Military Resident app has been designed for communities that use the the Yardi platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

Lived in LMH housing for 10 years (2 different bases). Lived at this particular house for 7 1/2 years. Maintenance and management ALWAYS friendly and willing to help! Wish products were better quality but for the high turnover of residents (except a few of us) the product quality/cost absolutely make sense. Really glad they have the APP now, but will still probably call for issues as needed. Have to get used to APP after all these years of calling but it’s pretty user friendly so far! Bummed our maintenance requests on the APP only go back a couple years and not the whole time we’ve lived at this residence.
Great for a US Government app
As someone who is used to having to call in service requests and ending up with misunderstandings and things lost in translation, this app is a nice change. You can write out exactly what the problem is and even provide a picture. I would like to see a little more comprehensive coverage of maintenance locations. For household locations all I saw was bedrooms. But that might not even be necessary since you can write out exactly what your issue is in the description.
Easy and reliable
I think the housing app is absolutely amazing. Sometimes it’s hard to get on the phone with an associate, and it’s way easier to request through the app. You can also check the status of your request so you know exactly what’s going on. It’s very fast and up to date.
