It also zooms in to inspect, which is how a small scratch gets seen at all. - Piece numbering is now guaranteed unique. If two captures finished at the same moment it was previously possible for two pieces to be handed the same number. The app reserves the range up front, and the database enforces it. - Your work stays on the phone. Every job saves locally first and backs up when you have signal. Signing out no longer erases anything; unsent work uploads at your next sign-in. - A glossary of the trade, built in, so a new hire can look up carton, lot number, or a condition code without asking. - Plain-English mode. An account set up for a single household sees rooms and belongings instead of lots and shipments, with damage described in words. The condition codes, the location symbols and the certified forms never change, and they always export. - Send feedback from Settings. It waits for signal if you have none. - Fixes from our testers: a PBO carton no longer asks for contents, and your name takes separate first and last fields. - Faster where it was slow: long inventory lists, signature capture, and large photos.
