Description

Your Medical ID Record is a useful reference in an emergency or when visiting a healthcare professional. It could save your life one day!

Enter Personal Data, Medical Conditions, Notes, Allergies & Reactions, Medications, and Emergency Contacts. Attach photos from the camera or photo library. Attach photos or PDFs by importing them from iCloud Drive, Dropbox etc. or dragging and dropping them from other iPad apps. Scan documents to create PDF attachments. Markup photo and PDF attachments to annotate, highlight or redact information.

A Watch app gives access to your Medical ID without having to unlock your phone. A Widget is also available and your iPhone/iPad can be configured to make this accessible from the lock screen. Note: for space and usability reasons, photos and PDFs are not included in the Watch App or Widget version of your Medical ID.

Back up your Medical ID to iCloud Drive, Dropbox etc. for safekeeping or to copy it between devices.

Note: document scanning and Markup requires iOS 13.

Greatly executed!

I’ve been looking for something like this and finally found it! We had a medical event traveling away from home some time ago when we needed to call 911. It was difficult putting together the immediate medical info for the first responders in that circumstance. Having this info so readily available would have helped us.

This app works great, very well put together. It gives options what info to include or not. Clean display. Looks great on the Today Screen. And have set that up to view on the Lock-screen.

UPDATED APPLE WATCH REVIEW:
Both Large and Small Complications are working perfectly on the Apple Watch 3 once I updated the iOS software. The developer is VERY responsive to questions and was helpful in helping me get the Watch set up properly.

My “ideal” wish list would be to:

Allow the addition of a birth year without having to put in month and day. Showing age is all that’s needed without giving private info. Although, I can make a date up.

Have an If Found field where contact info can be added if the device became lost. I’d like to be able to add my own email or alternative phone number if my device is found and I can only add a different contact. Right now, I’m choosing to add that to a note which works - but doesn’t allow direct dial.

Thank you!

Great app and great service

This is a great app for providing personal emergency medical info on both the iPhone and the Apple Watch. I got it primarily for its Apple Watch component and absolutely love it. I recently got a new iPhone and had a problem getting the Medical ID info to show up on the Apple Watch. The developer was VERY responsive in helping to resolve the problem. It was eventually solved by turning both the new iPhone AND Apple Watch off and on, which means the problem was with the new iPhone initialization process, not the app. If you have medical problems that you want any first responder to be aware of, I STRONGLY recommend this app.

Update data?

I couldn’t easily find a way to update my meds. As I see my doctors regularly and have my medications updated I need to be able to alter these quickly, or the David it’s in my Medical ID becomes out of Dayton dangerous. Other than that I really like this app.
