Pretty helpful app

I've only been using it for about a week now, but I looked at quite a few others before I chose this one. It's really a nice App. Mindshift offers many ways to access "Quick Relief" if you feel yourself neck deep in anxiety...and a nice way to track your moods by date.
The only thing I feel like could use some more flexibility (and maybe it's already there and I just don't know), is the ability to amend or add to a day's entry if your situation has changed entirely. *For some folks, that could be several times a day, and it would be super helpful to be able to jounal more than once per day.
I'll amend with 5 stars if we can have more recorded mood swings, 🙏. Thank you, Developers.

I am a psychotherapist. I’d give this app 5 stars if it accounted for conditions such as agoraphobia, PTSD/C-PTSD— relational trauma, and IAD/health anxiety. While I appreciate the ability for customization within the app, leaving these out can further isolate people who already feel alone with their respective challenges. (A patient of mine mentioned this in session.) Though it is impossible to account for all anxiety-provoking stimuli, it would be great if the anxiety disorders found in the current DSM and ICD (5;11) were featured.

14 mind traps not 9! Still an awesome app though

I love the app and personally could use a more comprehensive thought journal. There are 14 mind traps:
Negative glasses
Mind reading
Should thinking
Negative memory
Not accepting
Fortune telling
Catastrophic thinking
What If loop
All-or-nothing thinking
I like that the app offers examples of what balanced thoughts are compared to unhealthful thoughts. So far, the app has helped me reconstruct a few distressful thoughts. But I personally could use the option to select and identify more mind traps and see suggestions for all 14 traps to help me redesign how I think. If this could be a future update, I would certainly change rating to 5 stars. Wonderful app guys!
