App good, bank so so
Had a pretty good experience. But I made a slight mistake on two of my payments and they were late. Received a notice saying that after three late payments my auto pay would be cancelled and my interest rate discount would be revoked. After two, they cancelled it and revoked the interest rate. When I called them up to figure why they had cancelled it they said that their policy was two, not three as the letter clearly stated. I showed them their letter and they admitted that’s what they said however the letter was wrong and they would not adhere to what it stated. I would have been happy with them saying “I’m sorry our letter is wrong, and we will be updating it but since we told you this we will reinstate your auto pay and interest rate.” Instead they said our letter is wrong, we will correct it, doesn’t matter what we told you. I’ll admit my wrong in this, but imagine if you received a letter saying that you will be evicted from your home after three late payments and the evicted you after two. Don’t want to work with people who say one thing and do another, I am looking to refinance with a different bank.
Good idea but lacks in performance
Downloading the app? Slow and I had to request it multiple times for download. (On hi speed wifi, nothing else is slow).... then
Logging on has locked me out of the account because it isn’t recognizing my correct answers. (I screenshot the correct log in and file those pics so I KNOW I entered it exactly correct all three attempts).
After successfully entering the log in, progresses to the security questions. I answered the security questions correctly and then I get a message that my password is wrong. Um, what? Just told it was ok. Next attempt I can’t get past password screen to the security questions at all. Last attempt, security question screen again and the “password and user name wrong”.
Works Fine for Me
This app has a dramatically negative review but all I can say is that it works fine for me on my iPhone 6s+. It’s convenient, it recognizes my touch ID, and I don’t really understand the comment that there is no way to log out because it’s right there on the Settings page. It always amazes me how the same app seems to work great on some phones and terrible on others, but I guess that’s the nature of using your iPhone for a computer and not just a telephone. I would recommend at least trying the app to see if it works on your phone.
