New zoomable index bar in browser views, for navigating large directories; when dragging on the alphabetical index on the right of the screen, drag left to zoom in to the second letter. (On an iPad, drag up.) In the chronological view, this zooms in on the months of the year. Playlists can now be added to the current queue in their entirety. Some bugs have been fixed. Also, better iPhone X display compatibility.

Added the Chronological view mode, which shows files and directories ordered by last-modification time, from most recently updated backwards.
