MSD Bill Pay 4+

This app is horrible, it is unusable for me. Doesn’t react when I tap any buttons except login, doesn’t allow me to use autofill for login credentials, and also doesn’t accept my password after I copy pasted it (I know password is correct because I generated it with my Apple password keychain and only copy paste it when I use it.) It is basically a copy of their terrible website which is also unusable on both my phone and my computer. I’ve always had trouble with both the app and website but used to be able to get one of them to work (after several tries) every time I needed to pay. Now neither one works at all. I just want to pay my bill without having to call in. Extremely frustrating!

Does not work properly. After you select “pay my bill” you get caught in a white screen that never provides an option to pay the bill. Also the app amount due does not always align with the bill. Even when you pay the entire amount on the app you get the next bill as if there is carry over payment. There is something not right with the accounting. This app shows 2 stars but no updates have been made for years. Shame on you public utility company. Please do better.

The “Make a payment” button has never worked, but until recently I could use the “Login” button and make a payment from there. Now that doesn’t work either. User name and password fields are not properly recognized by the system keychain or 3rd party password manager apps either, so I always have to leave the app and find my password. This app really needs some attention from the software devs.
