The main reason for a hotel app is to allow one to view their reservation and communicate with the hotel properly—-I can already look up the brand’s hotels and consider booking rooms via the web. In this essential functionality the app fails miserably. I won’t accept lookup of bookings via confirmation numbers unless the room were booked at their website online. And unable to even login at the app the last few times I’ve tried to use it.

I stay at the Millenium in Anchorage once a month usually for a week. I found out I wasn’t getting any points added to my account because ot was never set up and I wasn’t booking through the app. I easily spend around a thousand dollars a month at this hotel that has the quality of about a motel 6. I get the app and the app has been a disaster. The coding sometimes is the only thing that shows so you can no even book and the app is underwhelming. I am just so disappointed in Millenium overall that I am will be staying this week up there and it will be the last time I stay at a millenium. If it were not for the bartenders at the fancy moose there who carry that hotel on there back I would have left a long time ago. Not to mention the homeless that break into cars or just straight up wonder the halls. There pet proce went up to 100 dollars this last month as well. Truly sad that a run down hotel is charging the prices it is. It is only a matter of time before the Iditarod pulls out as well.

Booking from USA for travel to Indonesia and Singapore, searching for rooms on a date pair returns results one or two days earlier on each end. Email supports says to use non-mobile web browser; yet, those results are likewise off.

The point of a hotel app is to not only book but also track reservations, stays, points and get a holistic view of your activities across the portfolio of properties This app does none of it Doesn’t list stays unless you submit an inquiry, doesn’t track points, doesn’t track reservations, pretty useless overall and on top of it. The hotels don’t log your stays
