Experience the convenience of managing your power with just a tap of our app. The MySCE app makes it easy to manage your SCE residential and business accounts - view your projected next bill amount and energy usage, download and pay your bill, make a payment arrangement, report an outage, check outage status by address, and more.

Note: This app supports SCE residential and business customers with up to 10 service addresses.

A new, simplified design makes it even easier to use app features:

BILLING AND PAYMENT
- View your current bill and make a payment
- Access a link to pay with a credit card or digital payments
- Add a payment method or manage your saved payment methods
- View, download, or print a PDF bill
- Create and view a payment arrangement

ENERGY USE INFORMATION
- View your projected monthly bill amount and usage
- Track your current, daily, time of use (TOU), and past energy use
- View your historical energy cost and usage
- Create monthly usage limit or bill amount targets and receive alerts

OUTAGE INFORMATION
- Report a power outage for your home, business, or streetlight
- Search for an outage and check the restoration progress
- View public safety power outages and SCE customer resources

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Fingerprint and Face login to access information quickly

What’s New

Version 4.0.39

In this latest release, we have introduced several functional and UI enhancements for our Solar Billing Program customers. These include the ability to enroll in Budget Assistant and a user-friendly toggle between Generation and Consumption data in our Projected Bill and Current Usage charts. Additionally, we have addressed various bugs, including an update to further prevent app crashes.

We are dedicated to continually improving the app and greatly value feedback from our customers.

A native app with no useful purpose.

I’m hoping this “redesign” is the minimal viable product the design team came up with was they moved from a “web wrapper” app to a native mobile app.

The app doesn’t provide much value though. You can pay a bill, look at billing history, pull up the last pdf of your bill and report an outage.

How about something useful? Like being able to see your daily energy usage? I know being a monopoly is disincentive for providing a good customer experience in any which way, but adding that one feature would be nice.

And you call this a “APP”?

This is with worthless. If you want any information it directs you to their website. The website is also very poor. SCE KEEPS saying they want feedback and are going to improve… however year after year nothing happens. However rates go up and continue to go up. SCE needs some serious oversight as they are mismanaged. Take the tree trimming that they do in residential areas. As a example they come up my street at least once a month to trim trees. They clip a few branches with a large crew? Huh? Then come back a few weeks later to do it again. As a rate payer and former maintenance manager of a large company… this waste of money is disturbing. I know they are now in CYA mode as utilities have been sued for the loss from fires etc… come on guys CYA and being responsible can coexist if you would manage correctly. FIX YOUR CLUNKY WEB SITE AND DELETE THE APP IF YOU CANT FIGURE IT OUT….or hire a high school student to do it for you. God only know how much you overpaid to build the web site and APP.

No app for the iPad so Séniors can use and see better?

We old folks with a vision problem is hard to see the content on an iPhone. At least me I would like an app for the iPad that I can open and is as big as the my iPad screen. Now I have to go to the website on my iPad to get the info I need or open my invoice and see it. The young person that design this App could care less if all the old folk can use or not. We are customers too, we need something that is useful for us also not just for the young customers. I’m pretty sure there is a lot of us that feel the same. Please design an App for the iPad for everyone to use not some of us. I would have given you a zero (0) star but I couldn’t. Please keep us old folk in mind when you decide to design apps for the future. We are paying customers also. Thank you for your reading this and hopefully you will keep us in mind.
