Works every time.

I found this app by accident, googling brain games to help sleep. A week later, I have used it every night, am in fact about to use it again, and I never even get through the 20 minutes. I fall asleep that quickly. Love it. For some reason my mind comes up with ideas for things when it should be resting, and this app helps flip the off switch. My only bugbear has already been mentioned. It forces me to restore the packs I bought every night. It's certainly not a deal breaker, but it is a pain in the rear to redownload every time. All in all though, love it and I was happy to buy two packs and further this research. I am blind, so I have trouble with the drawing pack, and sometimes the scenes, but the simple things packs work well for me, as it usually says things one can feel or at least hear, or a place I've been to like a garage

I can’t believe it works

This is the first sleep app that has worked for me and I’ve tried many. I often have racing thoughts at night that keep me awake, but this app and this method allow me to turn them off enough to fall asleep. It’s amazing to say the least- I tell everyone about it. I’ve been having two issues, however. I haven’t been unable to figure out why, but for the last few nights, the sound stops before the timer is even halfway through. I can’t hear any words or scenes but if I look at my phone I can see the timer still counting down. Also, if I close the app (because I have to get up or something) and then try to start again, the timer begins at where I left off instead of resetting itself. So, if I stopped it with 12 minutes left, closed the app and restarted it again I’d only have 12 minutes on the timer instead of 20. I’ve read that some people have to restore their purchases every night so I’ll try that tonight, but it’d be ideal if the app worked every time without having to do so.

Excellent Distraction for a Busy Mind

This app has revolutionized my ability to fall asleep. Distracting my mind using the mental images suggested in the “Scenes” pack has proven itself to be a perfect sleep induction strategy. I’m not only falling asleep more quickly, but am able to get back to sleep in the middle of the night with greater ease than I have in years. The female voice describing the scenes is pleasant and easy to understand. The “Simple Things” pack is a great addition to “Scenes” to switch things up. This outstanding app is fully supported up by its developer who has been extraordinarily helpful. I highly recommend this application to anyone who struggles with insomnia.
