The myTFS application allows an existing Toyota Financial Services customer to make a payment or obtain payoff information on an existing Toyota Financial Services account.
TFS account holders may either register for account access from this application, or use existing login credentials registered on toyotafinancial.com.

Double payment - happened twice
The app is easy enough to use but there have been two instances in the past 5 months when my checking account was debited twice when making my monthly payment. In July, I scheduled one payment - but my checking account was charged twice for the same amount. This week, I scheduled one payment - but my checking account was charged twice for the same payment. Both times TFS refunded the duplicate transaction but for it to happen twice is aggravating. Customer service rep this week said to delete the app and download a newer version. I have done that so hoping that solves the issue.

I am furious with TFS right now. I’ve been using this app to make a payment when I cannot access a desktop. I got a call from a rep saying I owe 5 months worth of payments which ironically are the only times I used this app to pay. After talking with three reps I come to find out that the app uses a different process to pay then the website. Western Union Speed Pay?? Really TFS? Every month I’ve logged on either website or app it’s never said I’ve been late on a payment until now. Then when they called saying I owed over $1400 when the week before I made my payment and it only showed the amount of my monthly payment due??? Now they are blaming my bank saying it was never authorized and the first “rejected” payment was April of 2018...but you come to me January 2019 about all this. You have a faulty application and don’t want to admit your mistakes. When I ask why the only payments rejected were made through the app no one will answer my question or why 10 months later i am just being notified. Why did it never show outstanding until 2019? Smells like an audit to me. After research I find out that this has happened to millions of people starting in November 2018. You need to admit fault or get rid of this horrible app all together.
The app is nice and convenient but I get tired of having to update the app EVERY month when I pay my bill!! It kind of defeats the purpose of having an app that is convenient for paying your bill...!!
Update Sept 10th. The last update works very well!! The finger print option was very convenient and the pay options were very fast. Working good... so STOP UPDATING!! The app is working...
May 5th. Another update and another plea to STOP UPDATING THE FREAKING APP!!!!!!! EVERY MONTH I have to update the app before I can pay my bill. How much functionality do you need this app to do??!!!! All I use it for is to pay my bill... you need to find something else for this person to do because it is obvious that they are bored and have nothing else to do... it’s absolutely annoying.
