Description
The Online Insights Study app allows study participants to earn and track rewards, manage devices, and view and manage activity without having to visit the online portal. The optional Safari extension allows participants to earn rewards without doing weekly check-ins.
This is an invite-only study. Without an invite code, you won’t be able to use this. If you’re not a member of the study, you won’t be able to use the app or extension.

I figured out a Problem ( maybe iPhone only)
The app is not working properly/ finishing the setup process because of the extension setup options on iPhone.
When you try to set up Online Insights, under the permissions tab ( Web contents and browsing history), there is NO option for “all websites”. It individually lists out every website. Even if you allow those on the list to have permission, the extension still will not connect/ setup.
Please fix. It’s annoying.

Setup / extensions
I have the same problem with my iPhone
App is saying I need to finish setup to earn rewards by allowing all extensions and I have done everything possible to allow all extensions but the app is telling me it not complete as far as setup is concerned…….but it does look as though I am still earning rewards……..🤷🏻♂️
