Papa Murphy’s Take+Bake Pizza 4+

The employees at our local store do work very hard and they deserve to make enough to feel appreciated by the company that earns $800 million off their diligent and friendly service. However, Every time I use this app and see an auto tip amount at the end it reminds me that even though I’m essentially getting fast food pizza. The company doesn’t care enough about me or their employees. I still tip because they are not the ones who should be punished but even though every “fast food” pizza chain does this, I dream about a day I can take my pizza orders to a company who proudly says we care enough to care about our employees. Even McDonald’s is better than that. Remove the tips and pay your employees and this app would be perfect.

In the Norfolk,NE store the supervisor she said she is was very rude and rather obnoxious. I bought a pizza, a jar of cheese and red peppers, I took the red peppers jar back bc the lid was broken it just kept turning and wouldn’t catch to lock the jar and if it had fell over the lid would pop off. Well Courtney I believe her name was told me since I left the store with it she couldn’t replace it, well you definitely can’t eat your pizza at the store when only half baked, then it was that I took off the seal, well you kinda have to, to be able to use it, right? It just kept going like that until I just gave up kept the broken bottle and turned around and asked the people behind me, wouldn’t a place replace something that is broken and they all said to contact support. Is it really worth loosing at least 8 customers over a $2 bottle of peppers? When I asked for her name she said it, I asked her to write it down and she said NO YOU CAN EITHER REMEMBER IT OR NOT!! As long as she works at the place since she continued to be be rude I won’t go back and I didn’t want my aunt to spill the peppers since the lid was broken bc she’s 80 and likes a few on her pizza it went to the trash and I bought her one somewhere else. There’s several pizza places here I don’t need to get hassled by a young girl who has a horrible attitude!!

The app was awesome. For months. However the update at the beginning of September broke all of my saved create your own favorites. And wouldn’t allow the creation of a new create your own it repeatedly threw an error that create your own was not available till sept 25th. I instead had to use the website to place the order.

The most recent update mid September still won’t let me use the presaved favorites but at least now I can now create my own almost. When creating my own half and half it defaults to regular crust and 16 inch family which is what I want. However when pressing add item to get to the customize section it repeatedly says to choose at least one option for left side. (Yes I’d love to do that but you won’t go to that screen). It wasn’t until I chose to go to the large side and then back to the family side that it actually recognized the selection was made.

It appears the developers who made the app on the computer did not actually attempt to use the app to place orders. Otherwise these kind of errors would have been caught pretty quick.
