Battery usage + got me a ticket

Brian smit
The app used 50% of my phone battery through background refreshes in 4 hours. That is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that after I put in my parking permit and went to a lot that IT TOOK ME TO, I got a ticket because I didn’t have the right permit for the lot. Not using this app until it’s fixed.

I put in my exact permit and filtered by what lots I am permitted to use. I parked at one of those lots and still later received a citation.

The app does not allow paid parking stickers to be identified and appropriate lots to be identified. Faculty and staff must pay for parking that is unavailable.
