Ratings and Reviews
A little better than the previous app but….
Use our new app and put in your order before you get here, they said. Your order will be ready for pickup. Rarely happens that way. Sometimes they can’t even find the order in the system and I have to give them the order number.
The app itself is a little better than the previous version but if you don’t have the exact part number, it’s hit or miss finding what you are looking for.
They cant get it right.
The previous app was bad and this is just a little better but still no where near where it should be. I say should because they are a huge corp that could sink some money into it. Pricing wont show. Cant see previous orders and when you can, It wont show all of the recent ones. Wont load at all and when it does it gltiches and sends you back to main screen with out showing search query. If search query loads it wont show availability. This app is all over the place.
Just Awful
This app is so bad I stopped using SCP. I get error codes on every item I type in. Most of the time I only get two letters typed in before it glitches out. If I do get the result to auto populate and I tap on the item I am looking for the screen will just go blank.
It’s embarrassing to try to look up an item with a customer and the app doesn’t work.
This app has been a disaster from the beginning. Updates just cause new issues without solving previous problems. It’s to the point where it is no longer useable.
