App not working properly
This app is not working properly I am unable to get a location for my school to even sign in this has been going on since Monday. I reinstalled the app but it’s the same thing. This didn’t happen before it just started can you fix this issue please.
Besides that this app works just fine and I haven’t had any complaints until now.

Good service, not a great app
The service QLess provides is great, but the app itself has some bugs. Biggest for me right now is that I moved to a new phone and when I try to add my number it says it’s already in use on a different device (my old phone) with no way to remove it. I removed the app to see if it would help and it recognized me but I can’t remove it and set it up on my device.
Also searching is terrible and shows nothing similar to my searches. I know my local DMVs use QLess but I can’t find them in the app at all and have to use their website.
Finally, when I search and click the X to clear the field or cancel the search, my previous search terms remain in the search box and can create confusion. The only way to clear the field is to tap the “near me” option. It’s a small detail, but it’s an indication of a lack of Polish to the app. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The phone number issue and the searching issues are pretty big deals to me though.

I was at home gathering paperwork for the Secretary of State office when I remembered I had the QLess app on my phone. 10 seconds later I had joined the line knew my place in line (73) and approximately how long before I would be served. Noticing how many people waiting when I arrived and knowing I was 8th in line with a wait time of five minutes felt like cheating. Only for a moment though, in and out and on to the next errand!
