About Us
Workrede is a modern work platform for the mobile workforce that combines communication, engagement, workflow automation and labor optimization all in one place, bridging the gap to traditional legacy desk workforce systems and processes.
What’s New
Version 5.0.2
· We identified a problem where the keyboard was too shy when trying to fill out a form that was sent out as part of a message. We gave it an infusion of courage, so now it will show up when it's supposed to.
· On the other side of the spectrum, there were some avatars that kept trying to peek out in team conversations, even though they were supposed to stay hidden. They should now be staying out of sight unless they're needed.
· Tapping on certain message notifications was taking you to the wrong part of the app, so we patched up the routing to take you to the appropriate landing spot.
· Updated avatar images weren't showing up on your new home tab in the app- we know how much you love that new smile you just uploaded, so we made sure that it updates everywhere.
· We fixed the pull-to-refresh on the Home tab for our friends in multiple networks.
· For our friends who are no longer in any networks, we added a helpful screen to let them know.
· There were a few other minor-yet-pesky bugs floating around that we took care of, and made a few other behind the scenes updates as well to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
Ratings and Reviews
Do not like it
This ‘update’ was NOT ready for release. There are still bugs that need to be addressed. Like the fact that I’ve read all the messages, but it still shows them as being unread. And I have to take landscape screenshots of some things my employer posts, but the ‘update’ apparently no longer allows landscape. GREAT UPDATE, GUYS!!! NOT!!!!
False Badge Notifications
I really enjoy the idea of this app, used by my healthcare facility, as a legal way to communicate information to my coworkers, but have issues all the time with false badge notifications while running the current as well as the past version of iOS. I will go through and open every message, but the badge will not go away. I don’t want to turn those notifications off completely , for the times where they are working , because of how much we have grown to use this app as a needed tool for our daily work. I just wish this issue could be fixed, so I can receive accurate notifications about my messages.
Support Team
I love that my company uses this app! It’s so helpful to connect with literally anyone in my company and keeps me in the loop throughout the day. The reason I’m making this review is because of the support team. Anytime I have a problem or simply just a question, they take time to thoroughly assist. I don’t know how companies communicate without the convenience of this app and personable relationship with the support team who truly care.
